ReleaseNames aims to handle complaints clearly and fairly.

How to complain

General complaints should be sent to complaints@releasenames.co.uk.

Please include your name, contact email, the domain name involved, a clear description of the issue and any relevant evidence.

Reports involving phishing, malware, spam, fraud, impersonation or other harmful activity should be sent to abuse@releasenames.co.uk.

Formal legal notices should be sent to legal@releasenames.co.uk.

Complaints are reviewed based on the information provided, applicable law, registry rules and the ReleaseNames service terms.
